We close out this phase typically with one in-person meeting with all decision-makers present to ensure efficiency.

Once selections are finalized, we meticulously document all specifications and create detailed construction drawings for contractors and subcontractors. From vendor bid reviews to finish approvals and lighting installations, we handle all tasks related to design intent. Whole-home installations are typically completed over consecutive days, while phased installations are scheduled with precision based on delivery timelines.
